*If the item is knitted I will have to embroider onto an additional piece of cotton which can then be added onto the cushion.
*If you are ordering a keepsake through the shop please send your items to me within two weeks of order date.
*I will contact you when I receive your items to confirm embroidery details if selected. You will receive your keepsake within 2-4 weeks of me receiving your items.
